Q1. What about your quality?    

A: MAYDO TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD produces and sells the premium quality to our 

clients, to make our product meet or exceed the quality of Original Toner Cartridge. For 

all of our goods, we guarantee that our defective rate of black is within 1%; within 1.5% 

for the color and big capacity toner cartridge.  Small trial order for testing the quality is 

welcome.

Q2. What should I do when products have problems?   

A: MAYDO TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD is responsiable for all the toner cartrige we sold,

we need our clients assit to provide us the detailed informaiton for checking the reason, 

and assure 1:1 return back or refund if the quality problem is caused and proved by our 

manufacturing process or unsuitable packing. 

Q3: Are compatible toner cartridges and copier parts inferior to the original (OEM) cartridge?

A: MD toner cartridges and copier parts are all in strict quality control process and fully tested

 before packing. And our cartridges are in the same or exceed the original quality. Now our 

toner cartridges and copier parts are in well performance in over 70 countries and got the 

European government order via our sales agents.

Q4: What are your laser toner cartridge quality standards? 

A: MAYDO TECHNOLOGY (ZHUHAI)CO.,LTD uses original factory specifications as our benchmark 

for print out quality standards. And excellent standard include ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO19752, 

RoHs, CE, STMC.
